Explain the agency before asking for an inquiry

We make your agency’s services, coverage and general contact options easy to understand. Families and referral partners can find the right path without guessing which areas you serve.

Families, referral partners and applicants have different goals. A family-facing service page, a professional contact pathway and a careers page can share the same navigation without sharing one undifferentiated form.

An illustrative navigation plan

Example: Home → Services → Areas Served → About the Agency → Professional Contacts → Careers → Contact. This is a planning example, not a claim about a completed home health project or a fixed package inclusion.

Use service pages to answer distinct questions about the agency’s approved offering. Use Areas Served to state the actual coverage clearly. If locations have different contact arrangements, label those differences instead of duplicating entire pages with city names swapped.

Prepare content that the project can use

  • An agency-approved service list, with a content owner for each description.
  • A current service-area list and any relevant availability qualifications.
  • Correct business phone numbers, email routing and responsible departments.
  • A recruitment destination and approved application instructions.
  • Authorized team photography, logo files and brand guidance.
  • Existing domain, hosting and analytics access; an inventory of important URLs.

Keep business inquiries separate from patient workflows

An ordinary website inquiry can ask for a name, business email and general question. It should explicitly tell visitors not to include patient details. Patient referrals, documents or connected clinical workflows need their own requirements, access controls and agency-approved channel. They are not automatically included in a public contact form.

Decide how inquiries reach an accountable staff member and how changes to those routes are maintained. Test routing without sending real patient information.

What to ask when planning the build

Which audiences need separate pages? Who signs off on service content? What information changes regularly? What can be handled by existing agency systems? Resolve these questions before selecting a page count. LBYS can discuss the website scope and connect it to the existing healthcare service offering; no agency-specific results or compliance guarantees are presented here.
