Payments and commitment

$199 monthly, with no separate setup fee. The first payment is due before work begins. The initial commitment is 12 payments totaling $2,388 before applicable tax. After that, the plan continues monthly at $199 unless you agree to a different plan. Cancellation and early exit are explained below and documented in the service agreement before enrollment.

Domain renewals, business email and paid third-party tools cost extra. Ecommerce, portals, additional pages and advanced integrations require separate scope.

Your content
Organization and light editing of client-provided content. Extensive copywriting, branding and photography are outside this scope.
Ownership and handover
Your domain and supplied content remain yours. Available transferable files are released after the initial commitment is completed, including an early buyout. Platform and license restrictions are identified in the agreement; moving providers may need a separate quote.
Included care
Up to 30 minutes of edits to existing content per month. Direct email support: hello@letsbuildyoursite.com. Unused editing time does not roll over. Backups, uptime monitoring, 24/7 human coverage and guaranteed response times are not included.

Is Business Launch available now?

Business Launch is in preparation. Ask about availability before making a commitment. Your inquiry helps us confirm package fit; it does not enroll you or authorize a charge.

What happens after the first 12 payments?

The subscription continues month-to-month at $199 unless you agree to a different plan. Email hello@letsbuildyoursite.com before your next billing date to cancel after the initial commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; hosting and included ongoing services end then.

Can I leave during the initial commitment?

The early-exit amount is the unpaid balance of the original 12 monthly payments. After six completed $199 payments, that is $1,194. Paying that balance completes the initial commitment and permits handover, without a second buyout fee or further canceled subscription charges. The service agreement will document these terms before enrollment.

Who owns my domain, content and website deliverables?

You retain ownership of your domain and supplied content. Once the initial commitment is completed, including through early buyout, available transferable source/build files, customer-owned assets and deployment instructions are released without an additional release fee. Any proprietary platform functionality or third-party license restrictions must be identified in your agreement before signing. Moving and configuring the website at another provider may be quoted separately.

What if I need more than five pages or extra features?

Additional pages, ecommerce, payment workflows, portals, custom applications, advanced integrations and automation are quoted separately. A standard business inquiry form is included; patient intake or other sensitive-data workflows need a separate assessment.

What does ongoing support cover?

The proposed scope includes routine technical maintenance, direct email support and up to 30 minutes each month for changes to existing text, images, hours and contact details. Unused editing time does not roll over. New pages and functionality are additional scope. No 24/7 human coverage or guaranteed response time is included. Backups and uptime monitoring are not included in this offer.
