Three concrete deliverables

  • A service structure visitors can understand
  • Mobile contact choices and an inquiry route
  • A useful work example with clear scope

We agree the page list, content responsibilities and required features before quoting. Compare project packages or use the free planner to prepare your brief.

A Website Built Around How Your Business Works

A service business may need a clear coverage area and a call button. A consulting firm may need service explanations and a project inquiry. A distributor may need a catalog and quote request. We plan the pages and contact journey around the way your customers choose and buy.

Ferdinand is based in San Antonio and works remotely with businesses across the United States. San Antonio meetings are arranged in advance when they are useful for the project.

  • Make your services, business hours and real coverage area easy to find.
  • Give phone visitors a clear route to call or send a project inquiry.
  • Show the people and documented work behind your business.

What We Plan Before the Build

Your proposal identifies the pages, required features, content responsibilities and launch steps. You provide or approve business facts, photography and service information; we agree any copywriting or content preparation as part of the scope.

For an existing website, we review useful pages, domain access, forms and links before replacing anything. Important URLs can be retained, with a redirect plan for pages that move.

  • Page structure and a design direction to review.
  • Responsive service pages with clear contact choices.
  • Agreed checks for mobile use, keyboard access, links and inquiry handling.

Local Project Example: Pacific Hospice

For Pacific Hospice & Palliative Care in San Antonio, Ferdinand designed separate information paths for families and referral partners, clear care-service content and prominent contact access. The published case study explains the content architecture, responsive presentation and launch work.

Those decisions illustrate how a website can serve different audiences without asking everyone to follow the same path. Healthcare intake and patient systems are scoped separately from a public marketing website.

Compare scope before choosing a price

The current Website Refresh package covers 5–8 pages; the Professional Business Website covers 8–15. Website Growth System is scoped around more involved requirements. Starting prices and inclusions are maintained on the packages page and in the website-cost guide. Final deliverables require an agreed proposal.

Business Launch is a separately presented $199 monthly website proposal with a 12-payment initial commitment of $2,388 before applicable tax. It is not a free website, and operational and transfer requirements must be confirmed before enrollment. Compare it with one-time packages if monthly payments suit your planning.

A Clear Path From Brief to Launch

First, agree the audience, pages and inquiry process. Then review the design and provide consolidated feedback. Before publication, check the agreed content, representative devices, links, forms and any redirects.

The project proposal also identifies domain and hosting responsibilities, available handover materials and any ongoing care. You can compare those decisions alongside price before choosing a direction.

Common Questions About Working With LBYS

Do you only work with San Antonio businesses? Ferdinand is based here and also works remotely with clients across the United States. Local meetings are arranged in advance.

Can you help with an existing website? Yes. Start with its URL and the main problem you want to solve. We can discuss a focused update, a redesign or a new build after reviewing the scope.

Do I need all my content ready? Bring what you have. We identify missing copy, photos and business information, then agree who prepares and approves each item.

Can you build an online store or business system? Ecommerce, portals and integrations are custom-scope projects. They are separate from the proposed five-page Business Launch informational plan.
