Three concrete deliverables

  • Variant-focused product pages
  • Stock and custom-order distinctions
  • Purchase versus consultation routing

Catalogs, checkout, trade accounts and connected systems are individually scoped. We distinguish a public website from custom application work in your proposal.

Explain what the shopper is choosing

Metal, size, stone information and available customization can materially change a product. We organize descriptions and variant controls around your actual catalog. Product photography should show scale and detail where possible. Certification and material claims need your documented, approved information.

Distinguish stocked from made-to-order

A ready-to-ship item, a sized item and a custom commission have different availability and lead-time rules. Label those differences before checkout. Explain the actual returns policy for customized work rather than copying a generic store policy. Quotes and consultation requests can be separate from direct purchasing.

Plan the consultation route

An example custom inquiry requests product interest, broad preferences and a contact method, followed by a business-led consultation. It should not collect payment details or represent a binding commission. Secure payment, order administration and any identity requirements belong in the supported commerce provider.

Build a realistic commerce brief

Define product families, variant combinations, photography, stock rules and fulfillment responsibilities before design. We can scope custom catalog and checkout work after those decisions. Ecommerce, configurators and appointment integrations are separate projects; they are not included in the $199 informational website plan.

Prepare for your project discussion

Bring your current website, available content and the questions below. We’ll turn those requirements into a clear written scope and proposal.

  • Which products are stocked versus commissioned?
  • Which variant combinations can actually be ordered?
  • Who approves material and certification descriptions?
  • What are the actual return and delivery rules?

Continue your planning

Let’s discuss your website
