Three concrete deliverables

  • Program information pages
  • Distinct supporter and participant paths
  • Donation and volunteer transitions

We agree the page list, content responsibilities and required features before quoting. Compare project packages or use the free planner to prepare your brief.

Connect the mission with concrete programs

A mission statement becomes more useful when visitors can see what the organization actually does and whom each program serves. We organize approved program information and practical contact paths. Eligibility and application procedures should come from your team rather than assumptions made during design.

Offer distinct supporter journeys

Donors, volunteers, participants and partners need different next steps. A volunteer interest form should not double as a program application. Donation links should identify the supported payment destination and confirmation process. Sensitive beneficiary information requires a separately agreed workflow.

Use evidence with consent

Permission-cleared photographs and current reports can illustrate work without exploiting personal stories. Statistics, impact claims and charitable-status statements need documentation. If results are not available for publication, explain program activities and goals honestly rather than fabricating an impact dashboard.

Plan who keeps information current

Suggested navigation is Mission, Programs, Get Involved, News and Contact. We define update responsibility and test supporter pathways before launch. Donation processing, grant applications, CRM connections and protected participant records are separate requirements with operational ownership.

Prepare for your project discussion

Bring your current website, available content and the questions below. We’ll turn those requirements into a clear written scope and proposal.

  • Which programs and eligibility details are current?
  • Who approves stories, photos and reported results?
  • Which donation system is already supported?
  • Who owns volunteer and partner follow-up?
