Three concrete deliverables
- Course and session structure
- Clear enrollment transitions
- Group-training inquiry form
We agree the page list, content responsibilities and required features before quoting. Compare project packages or use the free planner to prepare your brief.
Separate courses from delivery formats
A course topic, a delivery format and a scheduled session are different pieces of information. We plan a structure that lets visitors compare the learning objective, intended audience and prerequisites without confusing a general course description with an available booking date.
Keep dates and credentials accurate
Identify who updates session capacity, dates, location and instructor details. Accreditation, certificates and continuing-education claims require the provider’s approved wording. Do not imply an industry qualification is earned merely by submitting an inquiry. Outdated session pages should have deliberate behavior rather than staying bookable forever.
Serve individuals and organizational buyers
Individuals may need a course outline and enrollment route. Organizations may need group size, delivery location and a custom-training discussion. Give those paths different labels and useful contact fields. An illustrative business inquiry asks for topic, approximate group size and preferred timing.
Define the platform boundary
Suggested navigation is Courses, Calendar, Organizational Training, About and Contact. We build the agreed discovery and inquiry experience. Learning management, exams, certificates, paid enrollment and learner accounts are separately scoped systems, not automatically included in a marketing website.
Prepare for your project discussion
Bring your current website, available content and the questions below. We’ll turn those requirements into a clear written scope and proposal.
- Who is the intended audience for each course?
- Which calendar owns current dates and capacity?
- What credential claims have been approved?
- Is enrollment an inquiry or a confirmed paid booking?
Continue your planning
Let’s discuss your website
Bring your goals, existing website and any scope questions. We’ll discuss the scope and next steps before preparing a proposal.
