Explain the product in concrete terms

State what the item is, its dimensions or quantity and the characteristics relevant to choosing it. Separate measurable specifications from subjective descriptions. Do not invent performance, health, sustainability or certification claims to make a description sound stronger. Have the business review claims that require supporting evidence.

Make choices understandable

Label size, finish, packaging and other options clearly, including price or availability differences. Show which image corresponds to the chosen variant when possible. An unavailable option should have an understandable state rather than appearing selectable and failing later at checkout.

Answer delivery and support questions early

Explain applicable shipping or pickup information, actual returns conditions and how customers can ask a product question. Made-to-order and oversized products may need different rules. Keep these details consistent with checkout and policy pages; conflicting information creates uncertainty before payment.

Review content and accessibility together

Images need useful alternative descriptions when they communicate product detail. Decorative imagery should not repeat irrelevant text for assistive technology. Check readable text, keyboard-operated options and error messages. Accurate structured data must agree with visible product information, and a marketing service page should not claim to sell the client’s products.
